First they replied and said that they sympathised, but were powerless to remove as she wasn't in breach of the participation agreement.
I nearly left it there but replied to them and said that I was very disappointed as I did feel that it breached the Amazon guidelines for leaving feedback. This morning I've had another email from them saying that on this occasion they have removed it.
Shame I sent the buyer a polite but frosty email last night asking her to retract her feedback. Hope that she doesn't work out what has happened and go back and reenter the neg now. Does anyone know if you get another opportunity to leave feedback if Amazon remove it? If not, I might send her another gloaty email telling her to disregard my comments as Amazon have removed her neg anyway.
I heard back from my "nutty buyer" and I'll let her off.
Her email said:-
I do apologise for my comments. I should have realised with there being only one copy that it would be more expensive. Fortunately Amazon have erased it. My sincere apologies for writing without thinking. It was delivered on time and in good condition.

click it to go to WYSIWYG and then go back to edit signature and see if you have the tool bar at the top of the box.
Message Editor Interface
When posting messages to the forums or other members, there are three interface types available to you. The simplest of these is a simple text box, while the last is a fully-fledged WYSIWYG editor, which allows you to format your text as you want it and see the results immediately.
Depending upon the capabilities of your web browser, you may not be able to use all of these options. If you experience problems when posting messages, try switching to a different interface type. Basic Editor - A simple text box Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing Message Editor Interface:0 -

I have 157 items at present and always on the look out for others. I can't believe I haven't done this sooner I am really enjoying it and am getting quite a kick out of my sales.
Lets hope we both sell more today and every day.

I currently have 198 listed, all items from my own house. Mainly DD's video collection which I'm getting most of on DVD now so don't need the video's, also listed some children's books & some PS1 games which don't get played anymore.
Just sold another CD from my collection, I've put most of my CD's onto my 20GB Creative Zen MP3 Player so don't play the CD's anymore so figured they would make a few £ each which will go towards all the baby item's we'll need in August.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -

Hi Guys
I have had an email from a potential book buyer in new-zealnd. She wants to know if I will post it there and if so how much postage will be. As this is my first international sale (oh, that sounds posh!!) how do I go about increasing the postage amazon charges to cover the amount needed for this book to new-zealand (I shall take it to post-office this morning and get it costed up and then e-mail her back) but what do I do about amazon? Do I go back to the listing and amend it for international postage or what???? Your wealth of expereince is needed here please.
Thanks0
