I've just had an email from someone who purchased a book on 5th April to say there is a page missing!:eek:
Must be a slow reader if it took him 7 weeks to notice, am going to have to refund him now! Not happy :mad:

Well technically yes but it still took him 7 weeks to find page missing at beginning of book!

Saw a couple of books in a charity shop this morning but did not buy them - just checked on amazon and one is going for about £6 - guess what the other book is going for????

Was it a good idea to post this before you got the book, given that your location is showing at the left of your post?

I thought they had to tell you within 7 days if they weren't happy with the item?

Didn't know that! Have already emailed him and offered him a full refund now although I have not had a reply. In 7 weeks he's had time to read it and remove the page if you ask me but felt I had to refund as I don't want negative feedback. You couldn't take a book back to a shop after 7 weeks though!

Do you guys sell any books for 0.01p? Just wondered, cos everything I'd get rid of seems to be listed as that! Of course, you receive £1.40 ish, so if you can post it cheap you may still get a few quid in your pocket if you sell a few. But whats the deal?
