Thanks for that, I asked at work and someone may want them there, but if not they will eventually get listed as nothing ventured nothing gained.

Sounds like all the numpties are out in force.
Ive just had an email from someone who tried to buy one of my items over a month ago but the sale was cancelled by Amazon - well of course the buyer is asking where the book is
So ive had to email politely back and tell them it was cancelled by Amazon and as I didnt recieve any payment for it, it hadnt been sent
Ive even resold the book in the meantime so cant send it and cant refund as I didnt get paid for it
DOHSee the stars they’re shining brightEverything’s alright tonight0 -
Houseofpat, sorry to hear about the phone. Did you send it off? You can check in your Amazon summary if they have paid.0

Re: my posts above this is the response from Amazon. I am posting it just to make people aware so apologies if you know this already!
Dear Mrs ,
Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk Marketplace with your
concerns.
We certainly appreciate you contacting us regarding this situation,
and I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please
know that while we are not involved in individual transactions
arranged on our site, we are very involved in investigating
violations of our participation agreement.
We would like to confirm that there has been no genuine sale for
the phone and any sold confirmation email you received is not
from Amazon.co.uk. Please do not dispatch this item.
Please let me assure you that we are looking into this situation
and the buyer has been removed from our website. For reasons of
account privacy, we can not notify you of the outcome, but
appropriate action will be taken once we have completed our
investigation.
Please report any requests for direct payment, or fraudulent
e-mails, to: stop-spoofing@amazon.com
For your future reference all transactions may be verified on our
website [and we do not allow orders shipping to Nigeria].
We strongly advise sellers to make a general, regular practice of
reviewing transactions online as this will ensure that you do not
miss orders even if you miss an e-mail.
This will also help identify genuine and authentic orders to have
taken place through your sellers account.
To check order status and find your buyer's shipping address, follow
these steps:
1. Go to your Seller Account at http://www.amazon.co.uk/selleraccount
2. Under Manage Your Orders click the link to
"Search your Marketplace orders".
3. Set the search parameters to find the transaction, and
click "Search".
You'll note the status of your transaction will appear in the far
right column on the resulting page. To find the details of the
transaction, including the shipping address, simply click on the
transaction ID.
You can also confirm an order is completed by searching your
Payments transactions in your Amazon Payments Account. Instructions
for locating orders in your Payments Account are provided in our
Help pages at the URL below:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/3149491
Unfortunately, e-mail forgeries are also regrettably common on the
Internet at this time; some signs that an e-mail appearing to be
from Amazon.co.uk is a forgery include poor grammar or typographical
errors, and a suspect return address. If the "from" line of the
e-mail looks like "amazon-security@hotmail.com" or "amazon-
fraud@msn.com," or contains the name of another internet service
provider, you can be sure it is a fraudulent e-mail.
Please report any requests for direct payment, or fraudulent
e-mails, to: stop-spoofing@amazon.com
Here are some further security tips for ensuring the safety of your
Marketplace transactions:

I have not sold anything for a few days either. I had 10 five star feedbacks and just found out that an eleventh person has now given me four stars - no complaints - just the word "Cheers" as feedback.
