Morning! I think Hypno just summed up the reasons for most of us feeling down right now. I know I have a lingering lurgy, and not enough holiday and days out.... my only little pocket of shine right now is that it was nice to come on here and read through the last few pages. Mind you, now I think about it - I managed a walk round the block last night, and met a cat that wanted to be stroked (and didn't have its claws out after 30 seconds!) and also a fox in the distance. He was standing on the pavement, and when I knelt down to watch him, he sat down too, and just looked at me, for ages. Another one did that last year too - I wonder if its the adolescents? It was fascinating.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

KC we have foxes that come in the garden and sit on the lawn watching us watch them :rotfl:
The cat *pretends* to see them off but they treat him with utter disdain.0 -
Olive, thanks, thats brill - I abandoned the garden a while back, with the whole family situation that was going on, and of course I've been ill since then .... but the neighbour told me I have fox cubs living up there, which must be the ones I disturbed one of the last times I was up there. Wonderful - I'd love to have been a naturalist in another life.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I managed to get some of that pesky exercise last night swimming so that's a minus £3.20 for me.
Would be a NSD today but cheeky OH has asked me to pick up a bday card for his gran, the chance of getting reimbursed is slim to none
*sends positive vibes*
