A tax rebate sounds good! Which reminds me, I have a letter to HMRC to do today to correct my tax code - which in return will allow me about 10p back in tax, but every little helps!

Lucielle, are you doing the scratchcards and stuff - it is not much, but you and OH can have a st miniver one and a virgin one each, which is at least 40p a day, for little effort - I usually withdraw between £10 and £30 a month from mine.....

......quidco too - there are still several easy ways of getting money for free on quidco popping up from time to time.....well worth trawling through once a month or so!

I've got just over £100 tracked in quidco, but not validated, so hopefully it will come through next month - all in, we have had over £1500 from them, and another few hundred from topcashback too, so definitely well worth doing!!

Proper surfing sounds lovely - thats another one to put on the list for when I'm debt free, then  Had a lovely day yesterday, mind - walkies in a wood, cuppa tea at a garden centre, dropped in for another cuppa tea with a friend, and then a neighbour I'd like to know better stopped by while I was outside weeding in the front garden. Felt very social! Not so much today, as I'm working later on, but I'm away the rest of this week, there has to be one day in there thats catchup, truly.

Hope everyone else has a good day.

Sounds like you had a good day yesterday.......mine whole weekend has been based at home (apart from going to the funeral) and I've got a reasonable amount done in the garden, but not so much done inside - still, that can wait until a rainy day!

    Hi Hypno :hello:
Glad to hear the garden's almost sorted! You've inspired me to sort out my own - just off out to add the last lot of bark chips.
And also thanks to you, I'm scratching every day (so to speak;)) and have joined Quidco, Dooyoo and am looking at Mystery Shopping - though God knows when I'd fit it in with a full time job and a 3 and 5 year old - but I do love to shop so it's perfect for me!!:D

I'm sure there are loads more lurkers you inspire and who are willing you on with your quest to be debt free - so thanks again:T
