Have spent the last of my £20 now, will be drawing out another £20 on wednesday and starting again! I must remember to dig out an old purse as I have found it confusing at times not to mix it in with my normal money! I know I have an old purse somewhere....Hope you dont feel too groggy today, nights like those are horrid!November NSD's - 70 -
Morning - Sunny and warm here already - not sure how long it will last though.
have a good day0 -
we went to Bodnant Gardens - beautiful sunshine shone upon us - then to Betws-y-coed (cuze the spelling!!!!) - enormous raindrops fell upon us, just went in train shop there cos rain so bad. Travelled around Snowdonia spotting waterfalls from the car... we ended up at Bedgellert... and finished up in Cearnarvon
Ooh, all the names from my childhood! Once we got a car, we'd head out to North Wales for the day - it took forever, as there were no motorways then, but it was incredible sometimes.Ugh, monday morning......I slept badly, but for no reason - bah! When I was asleep, it was a deep sleep, but I just woke up frequently.....I have very puffy eyes this morning - not a good look
After all that work! Thats not fair!
I hardly did a stroke of work yesterday, I must confess - went to see my sister, and I thought we were going to have another garage-clearing session, but she's waiting for some stuff to be collected to free up space, and there's nothing else she wants to do before then - so we lolled about and chatted, and watched her daughter's rabbit being cute! It was nice2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
My Dad was a Ffestiniog railway buff, so we spent plenty of time in that part of the country as kids so he could play trains  I've not been there since I was about 10 though! I do remember reading a story many times about a wolf (?) of Bed Gelert.....being blamed for the slaying of a baby, when in fact he had saved it (or something.......):o

It was the faithful hound Gelert who when the mother and father found the babys blood covered crib was killed by the father only to discover that the baby was safe and that Gelert had killed the wolf that had tried to attack the baby Beddgelert means Gelert's grave theres a stone marking the grave with the story on.
Puffy eyes  I have the opposite of panda eyes white round my eyes where I was reading with my sunglasses on yesterday and my face has caught the sun not a good look
