I definitely feel as though progress is being made with the debt - getting this close to paying off the egg loan is a big step for me as it is not long ago that both egg loans were rather large (mine was originally £25k, for example!)....

Took 2 hours to clean office at work today but we have a lovely clean place to [STRIKE]chat[/STRIKE] work in :rotfl::rotfl:
am waiting for kids to go off to uni so I can sort my finances out!
hypno have you had a letter from E-on about price going up !!!0 -
Yes, surfbabe, I have had a letter, but because I am always in credit with them, they are not putting my monthly payment up, thankfully!
In due course, I expect Quidco will get the once over as I look for another option, but to be honest, the customer services at e.on have always been pretty good for me, and that is something worth holding onto if I can!!
Just done a dooyoo review - the first one for about a week or so......,must get back into it!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
This wasn;t putting the monthly payment up = they've already done that - this about prices going up when capped deal ends on 30th Sept0

Yes, I got that letter, saying about the price increases, but in the same letter it confirmed that my monthly payment wouldn't need to increase as a result.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Egg smashing, I like it. Have a good sleep, Hypno.
About the power - I'm with Scottish Power, and inputted my readings today - I was dreading it a bit, because I'm sure last time (at the beginning of June) I was £118 in the red. I'm now £12 in the black!!! V pleased - they put my dd up by £5 a while back, and that must have helped of course, but I've been very frugal with energy and water, and its really paid off.
Anyway .... I'm off to now. Sweet dreams all.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
