    Have just had a phone call to say that the gravel has been delivered.......that's my bank holiday weekend sorted!

    I've also paid in the student cheque - one step closer to clearing egg :D

    OH has been paid today - so number crunching all done. There is very little leeway for September, so we really do have to be ultra cautious, but with Egg's last payment due on 1st September, it will, at least, mean that October is not quite so tight.

    Must get dooyooing and ebaying over the next few weeks!

    Trying to remind myself that things are really not so bad right now.........certainly when I compare them to two or three years ago. I am trying to build up the "feel good factor" a bit, so that I don't get depressed about the things that I can't control, or that I can't have right now!

    Lol, shaun! I also need more gravel to re-do the driveway so asked the chap to price that up while he was delivering, so that I know what I need to save up for the next outdoor project. Amazingly, it is only another 2 tonnes needed, so perhaps I will be able to get it done by Christmas, which would be very good, as it will really neaten up the bits the neighbours see!

    `you may need a little more say 2 and a 1/2 tonne
    it weights more in the winter as it tends to be wet:o
