Hello girls,
I can see that you are all busy with new ideas.
I was buying some bits to make a (sort of ) hamper, feel that an actual basket will be the wrong thing. Might buy one of those sturdy plastic boxes with lids that can be re-used as it's for my son that lives away from home and he's moving into a different house this weekend of his birthday (student). It's difficult as I need to hide the stuff in my bedroom as he's home at the moment. And what I plan to buy isn't that light to carry as I don't drive. Hopefully I can buy the box and a few lighter things today as he'll be out all day and won't see what I bring back.
I can't wait until the 24th mum2one.0 -

Oooh that's the second person I've heard give the HP film a great review - my friend went to see it in 3D at the Glasgow Science Center. Must try to go see it!
Talking of Christmas films - anyone remember "Santa Claus the Movie"? That's gotta be one of the all time greats!"Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -
good to finally hear a good review of harry potter, everyone that I spoke to who went to the staff preview of it said it was thw worst of all the movies and a huge disappointment!
Done a little bit more sewing but not in a good mood really so just kinda moping about (which doesn't help lol) thought it was just depression that I had but have found out that apparently I have bipolar so that's not great. Popped onto the freebies low spend where I suggested linking the newspapers that had freebies, not realising that there was a similar thread on the discount vouchers board and they ahve jumped down my throat leaving me in tears. I know I am probably building it up from what it is because I am in a down mood today but am going to stick to hiding out here where everyone is nice and friendly lol0 -
98jdougl - sorry to hear about your bipolar..........don't worry about people on the freebie board having a go........some of them are really friendly but like everywhere I suppose, its a bit of a mixture.
I saw your posting and thought it was a good idea.....I don't often think to look elsewhere -in fact, don't even know where the discount vouchers thing is...............don't let it get to you, its not worth it:oI would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
