Oooh thanks for that. She doesn't actually have any other jewellery lol but I can print their gauge and get her to try that out. I can test it on myself as I know I'm an M. The odd thing is my Mum's fingers are smaller than mine but when she tried my ring on it wouldn't go over her knuckle. So she finds that rings are always loose on her, but there's no realy way around that and I guess it's why she keeps losing them!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

It may be worth your while, if you don't have another ring, trying one of the other ring-sizing techniques - google ring sizing chart uk - there's lots of ways you can do it. Perhaps the best thing, if it doesn't have to be a surprise and as it sounds as if she's going to be a bit tricky to fit, is actually just to take her into a good local jeweller. They will be able to give her specailist advice.Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -

Hello all :j
OH went for his blood test this morning.........came back all long faced with 5 sheets of paper telling him what to expect tomorrow..........
Got to ring the hospital in the morning and check there's a bed for him (there better had be) and what time we have to arrive (appt. time is 3.15pm so I'd have thought someone could have told us the time to get there)
I've tried to find out how long he might be there but it all depends on how long he takes to recover from it all............(methinks I'll be eating out at hospital canteen tomorrow ) After all that we still have to wait for results.......... Why can't they develop some way of being able to find out there and then ? Mind boggles
And after all that he forgot to take the £5 off coupon to spend at Lidls -think by the time he came out from hospital he was so worried by all the bits of paper and stuff he just wanted to get home.
Chap came and cleared the rest of the garden rubbish ready for final collection of wheelie bin...........just in time before it poured down with rain.......and we had thunder
Made a start sewing my little hearts together........had to do them by hand so blanket stitched them and popped in a bit of wadding...............quite pleased but seemed to take an age to do just three  now I've got the stars and xmas trees to do..................:o (in between sneezing and coughing........)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
