Aww I wish I had someone to do the christmas eve hampers for.....or someone would do one for me. That sounds fab. If anyone is into pretzels tesco value have snow flake shaped ones for 38p and there a big bag and taste scrumdiddlyum (thtas nice by the way). Also my mum picked up a christmas book for the older children in her school called how santa really works and it gives answers and explanations to all the questions kids start asking about father christmas. Its pretty funny too, just incase anyone was interested0 -
Shevs - like the 'woodland' idea............and feel free to use it ...........OH's thought of it and he's not well(waiting for CT scan so bit down) so its perked him up to know his little idea has been popular.:jI would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hiya everyone
Ok i was a tinsey wincey bit naughty today, kind of mse a bit expensive. Went Christmas Window Shopping today, so i was just scouting around a bit. Anyways i went into Boots and picked up a gift guide (i know naughty me didn't have one sooner) and saw a No7 Mens Skin Care and Shaving Set for £40!! had a look round the shop and spotted a carousel stand with loads on, i sidled over to have a look and they were £20!! Half price. I got 80 boots points and a £5 off No7 gift voucher and the best part about it was Dad paidgreat Christmas present for uncle.
Looking in the catalogue for the remaining gifts to buy for, not many now
Also speakers arrived from MinistryofDeals only paid £4.00 was good value so thats my grandad finished.
Does anyone know how long Toluna vouchers take to arrive?
Thanks
JS

I have everything crossed for him and hope the results are good. Think positive. It deffo has been popular with me cos I am going to do it for my gran aswell but I will add the robin to hers. She has two feeders right near her window in the living room she likes to see the little birds eating from it but if a squirrel goes near it god help it, she's up out of her chair banging on the windows to scare it away, she's the same if she see's cats in the garden. She acts all frail and weak and then one of them show up in the garden and she's as quick as a bullet.
I wanted the duvet for a double aswell!!!! maybe if we pester their head office enough they'll make it in a double
JS that wasnt naughty that was great money saving!!!!! Spending other peoples and saving your own, a woman after my own heart:rotfl:0 -
:rotfl: i may have to pay him back  Thanks Pipsmum and Sylphraven on the info about the vouchers, not sure whether i can afford to wait for it to come or not  decisions decisions.. Ooh another thing i found that we have a The Works shop in the Canterbury city, only an hour away on the bus
Thanks

Thats a really good idea. My dad is really into wildlife and our garden backs onto a forest. He's got a big feeding table, bird houses and those plastic feeders hanging from nearly every tree in the garden so we get alot of birds, squirells, foxs, hedgehogs etc in the garden so will give that a go for him. Theres one fox that comes into our garden all the time, right up to the house sometimes and in the summer sunbathes at the bottom on a nice sunny patch, he/she isnt the least bit bothered by us my dad mows the lawn around him and he doesnt move an inch. Theres an oval shaped patch of long grass in the summer where he sits and the rest of the grass is nice and neat
Thats absolutely amazing, the fox sounds a right softie xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
