Fact one this WAS added without her knowledge, the shipping was not free and was not incl with AP.

Fact 2, amazon wont change it as it admits liability, if they were above board with so many complaints since 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would...

Fact 3 IDC about you FW ( maybe the brighter ones of you will work it out ) !!!!

Don't be fooled but what these "people" say... Open your mind! Yada yada yada..

Have fun and Bye X :))) Have fun with it, we've got our liability letter and an extra £25 gift card (yep!)

Yes. Those pesky Amazon stealth elfs, that go into your house and add Prime while you are sleeping.

Fact 4, yes it WAS with her knowledge she just obviously didn't read what she was agreeing to.

Just for completeness. You ALL must work for Amazon. M-S-K definitely must. That denial in their sig. is well suspect!

Most of my friends are pretty intelligent individuals with a decent amount of common sense. Put them in front of a computer and they turn into retards. Only difference between them and a lot of people on this thread is that most of my friends can admit their mistakes.... :j

  • A problem arises if you've had a free trial and then BECAUSE AMAZON offers free PRIME again you will be charged if it's less than 13 months from your previous free trial. Amazon say they will refund me the £79 they charged but I do think they need to make clear that if you've used the free trial service within the last 13 months then you can't sign up to it. This is definitely niot apparent.

not my experience. Prime is not on offer for free all the time.
When I see it as free,it is.

I think they do make it quite clear.
When in the checkout, if you are not eligible for the free trial they show you:

What are you complaining about, if they refunded you and they didn't need to?
    .
  • Wow... what a can of worms. Considering there's 31 pages of this, I don't think this many people can be daft.
I've just had this issue with amazon prime charging me £49. Yes, I do now remember something ages ago about a free trial. blah blah. Who is rich enough to use amazon constantly!? and if you are, you don't need a 'deal' like prime!
It is just a company being clever, and it has clearly worked. They must have made millions out of the poor people who don't use amazon all the time and have forgotten about this free trial thingy which they didn't really look into at the time.... I just want to order something for a decent price!! It's not Tesco! I don't come on every week checking my account!
I too have been promised a refund, thanks amazon, you must have a conscience really. I'll be a happy amazoner when I receive it!
    Rant over!
