    Hi All

Just wanted to let you all know that I had the sad news that I lost my twins this morning. They think the blood clots I've been having are the birth sac coming away now so they are leaving me to pass it naturally, but im back in on the 24th for another scan to check everything is out.

I was kind of expecting it but its still hit me like a tonne of bricks. Although slightly reassured because when i opened my bedroom window when i got home two butterflies that had exactly the same markings flew over and landed on the window ledge inside the window so i get the feeling that was a good sign, also lost my bracelet my mum got me for my birthday and found it this morning. It has the words ' god will keep you' inscribed on it. how very apt for today.

So am sat rereading over everything ive missed for the last week.

also cant remember what i last updated but picked up 2 paint your own princess picture sets in ethol austin for £2 each
a teddy in ethol austin for £1.50 in clearance of a white tiger to go with mums bracelet
and got a football money jar half price for my nephew which was meant to be £2 but i had it for £1 because id spent a £5er

Off now to look through the argos clearance list and plan the rest of Christmas now .
    Time to find me again

I had just popped on to say that Morrisons have got kitchen bits reduced so anyone making up gourmet/cooking type gifts might find a bargain - I can remember seeing apple corers/melon ballers/pallette knives (so useful for cookie kits...) among others.

I think im going to be needing the tins of the hot choc to go in my snowmen soups - but thats a good offer if anyones doing a hamper :)
Think last year Morrisons dropped tins of hot choc powder to like 60p

Asda sell mini marshmallows but not sure on the price - in the bakery aisle

I think i may use smarties or m&ms in my snowman soup instead of chop chips
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

  • (((SAMMY_KAYE))) so sorry to hear about your loss, how poignant those two butterflies must have been.

I usually buy mini marshmallows for myself, erm I mean for the kids for camping ;). Get them from asda/tesco in the baking/hot drinks aisle. Not usually ovely expensive. Have seen them before in Home bargains so worth checking in there if you have one locally.

I bought a couple of DVDs this afternoon for my movie hampers as decided to do my mum and nana one too. Got Calendar Girls and Cold Mountain for £3 each.
It is only a bargain if you need it!

Got 9 Enid Blyton books from the Charity shop for my 8yr old today, £5 and in perfect condition. Also got MB Games Mouse Trap, Twister, New Downfall, and a Harry Potter Boardgame from another Charity shop further down the road for £10, all in really good condition, all parts present and boxes in mint condition.
