Christmas 09 Let's Get Organised!!

I couldn't live without my dishwasher! But i forgot to put it on this morning though

i'm getting worried about getting the presents and christmas sorted in time, my lovely boyfriend told me that our bedroom and living room would be decorated and finished for Christmas, but i'm already fed up of living in a building site and i've given him a no more dust date of the 20th of December so i can then go on holiday from school and give the house the cleaning of a lifetime! then reward my self with Xmas shopping!

i'm also waiting to be paid so i can buy the other bits of the presents i know i've planned to buy, then i'll write a list of the people i still need to buy for and then work on that.... i'm begining to feel the stress:mad:

i got a after eight mint christmas santa today in £land & then a after eight mint mu for 50p from the charity shop, will make a nice wrap up for my friend who loves after eights!:)

i need ideas for bro in laws x 5! needs to be no more than £3 each! do you think i can manage that?

they're not very chocolaty i did think about photo key rings with their wives/familes on?

If you can stretch to £3.49 theres a seller on ebay selling digital photo keyrings for that price. They are a heart shape but blue so not girly. Or a photo keyring for £1 something from ebay with their wives/family and you could use value mugs and paint their name son and fill with hm biscuits/fudge so 2 nice pressies under £3.

I had a proper sort out last night and amazed at how much I'd got but had forgotten I'd got!!:p Anyway, it is mainly books and dvds to get from Amazon now (finally my grown up kids have given me their lists). I finished the christmas eve stocking shopping today except for a few edibles that I put in at the last minute. I will start wrapping tonight as I've got a audio book to listen to and I've finished making all the cards (I love making them) so will start writing them (but I hate writing them) at the weekend.

Finally my cake is brandy sozzled and smells divine and all my HM booze is brilliant - last night I sampled the coffee wines. One lot is fortified with a slug or two of brandy and the other lot with dark rum. Seriously gorgeous, although I think I favour the dark rum; maybe I should have another sample just to clarify the situation:rotfl:

I have just had a look and I am surprisingly more organised than I thought!

Got most of OH's only have to buy her main present now and a couple of other extras!

Need to buy dads still and brothers and SIL's but OH has them sorted! Just buying them now! lol

would love to know what you are on about-could maybe add something extra to my girls cocktail hampers if suitable,if not,might just add something extra to my ever expanding waistline-no not pregnant just fat!!!

toms book has come - really annoyed with myself ordered the wrong size one. got mum and dads sat nav yay! also got my immediate family x-mas cards just to sit down and write them out. did a bit of wrapping the other day, got tom's godmothers wrapped up, and ex mil's. all i need now is clothes for tom, and something little for brother. cant believe im nearly done aim to be done by end of novemeber as then any shopping trips can be for me or money to decorate - need to re paint porch and re-wallpaper my livingroom (not urgent) but really need a new carpet cream and toddler do not go together, so need to start saving up once i have done x-mas.
