Just popped on to say that for anyone doing chilli hampers firebox have chilli jelly sweets, they aren't very cheap but maybe there's an equivalent on ebay?

kingsir all that booze sounds lovely .i had a go many many years ago at making my own wine-wasnt good and very very messy to do well i found it was as when decanting the "wine" went everywhere biut would be prepared to give it another go.will keep and eye out on freecycle for some demi johns-how many would i need to make one load of coffee wine???

I saw the chilli sweets for OH's chilli hamper on firebox too, then thought they were ridiculously expensive and checked ebay.
