Ooo this thread is quiet today. How's everyone getting on? I think I only have 3 little things left to get, and that's me done!! I'm so pleased!! lol

3 things? Wow. Well done!
I still have... uhh.. like... 300? :rotfl:
Okay, slight overstatement there. I have about 30 things left to get. I was going to get it all done by the end of november but then the car broke down, the oven decided to fail and the dog got attacked and we sort of ran out of money.
Hopefully be done by the end of december instead :rotfl:0 -

Another one still around but run out of money LOL. Got most presents but nothing yet (!) for my boys - still waiting for their lists. Looks like there's only a few books and dvds on those so will hopefully pick up later this month.
How come when you're broke, you see lots of bargains
Mind you, did order the Daily Mail goody bag (on low spend board) for DD so will either do her for Christmas or her birthday. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

I've not managed to get anything for ages,
I'm soooo skintand its driving me mad, I was so organised a few weeks ago, but now im well behind
! But ive seen a few things in the 1p sale that I want for people, and I think I can manage to fork out a few pence! And I've got a some m&s vouchers left anyway from when I signed up for sky, and said my mum had recommended me (we shared them!) so I will probably spend them then, but i was hoping to save them for the sales
! x
I'm skint to, I have a list for things to buy and in theory I would have enough money but I have to take it out of each weeks money so I'll still be buying right up to Christmas
 which is a real pain when I want stuff online!
I'd have been ok if the ex hadn't been made redundant which ended my csa
I'm wondering if to work out the total of what I need and ask to borrow off my parents :rolleyes:0 -

Awww bless you. I know the feeling - our dishwasher died Tuesday night, and I DESPISE washign up, plus with a baby on the way (at any time now!) then we kinda need it. Fortunately we cleared off our credit cards a few months ago so we can use one for a new dishwasher (it was a good price too, and can pay it off in 4 months I reckon).
If it makes you feel any better, I've finished the buying, but still have snowman poop labels to make, and loads of cards to cross stitch, not to mention card writing and wrapping pressies! lol
Hope your dog is ok.

I saw loads of bargains yesterday in Tesco, all stuff that I will be getting anyway for my kids for Christmas but I had no money at all. Typical! I bet when I go back tomorrow all the bargains will be gone.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0
