    I am also making the finishing touches to a cocktail hamper it includes:

    • Shaker
    • Cocktail DVD
    • Martini glasses
    • Cocktail making book
    • Shot glasses
    • Umbrellas
    • Stirrers
    • Cocktail sticks
    • Lemon Slices
    • Glace cherries
    • Tray
    • Cocktail gloves
    • Bow tie
    • Cocktail mixer syrups
    I think that is all I will put in but I am open to other suggestions!

    A quick question for everyone buying The Stig book. Does anyone have it delivered? Does it look ok? Its only 40 pages and im worried it will look very thin but still want to buy it for my DH

    I actually bought mine in store yesterday and its fine. I wouldn't pay more than £4.49 but its ok - bit of a laugh. Its just a book full of "wheres wally" type drawings where you have to find the stig. No words - just pictures.

  • Rummer, how about some mini bottles of booze? I think they have one or two shots in each and you can get all the popular stuff like Smirnoff vodka, Gordons gin etc. Cost about £2 each maybe?

  • Rummer - maybe an ice cube tray? You can even get some really funky shaped ones, mini sparklers? Sounds great though, please post a pic when your done, I just love seeing what everyone else has been doing!

    Have you bought the stirrers/umbrellas etc yet? 99p store has a fab set loads of stuff in it! :)

    help needed, decided to go with rummers hamper idea for my mum but dont know what to do for my dad? they are having a joint x-mas present but thought the hampers would be a nice idea for something individual. cant really do bath stuff for my dad as he has an fcuk set for his birthday (mum&dads birthday both early december) really stuck on what to do for him, anyone have any suggestions? any help much appreciated

    How about a Nostalgia Hamper?!?! I'm doing 1 each for my parents:) They've got approx 10 items each, all things from when they were kids. So far I have:
    1 kids annual(Beano for Dad/barbie for mum)
    2 toy(slinky/pinky&perky stuffed toy)
    2 bags of 'retro' sweets(bazuka jos/white mice/fruit gums)
    a dvd of 60's kids programmes(watch with mother/thunderbirds)


    just waiting for my Aunty to get back to me for more ideas:D
