Just seen prices for LOVE at $170
That is at vegas.com so there must be less expensive methods of obtaining these tickets.
Have a look on smartervegas for discounts. The cheaper seats are better so even at full price it should only be around $100 a ticket.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
AprilAs I'm new here I am not allowed to post links but thought some of you might be interested in the about dot com website (Las Vegas section) which currently has a list of the 10 best 'date' restaurants in LV. This came out top (I've cut and pasted from their site):
Firefly on Paradise
Paradise Rd; Las Vegas
(702) 369-3971
If you’re not quite sure what you’re in the mood for, Firefly can either help you or hinder you. With an amazing selection of tapas to choose from, the Spanish-themed restaurant is warm and relaxing with dark wood tables, dimmed lighting and huge windows with a great view. Start with some sangria and then choose from steak and mushroom skewers, paella, mushroom tarts, artichoke toast and much more. Or, if you can’t choose, the staff will be more than happy to help. Top the meal off with the sensual banana and Nutella dessert – it’s to die for!.
Has anyone tried it? Or got other recommendations for a nice romantic (but not too expensive!!) dinner?0 -
SeptemberHey everyone am starting to get my things ready for my trip less than 2 weeks to go now whooo. What will the temp be like on a night in Sept? We went last year early Oct and I found it baking though the day and then a bit chilly some nights (I am a wimp with the cold though
) should I expect it to be pretty similar just a bit warmer maybe?
We will also be doing a Cirque show or 2 I really fancy O but also like the look of Love would the cheaper seats on the balcony be ok for O I know you guys say the cheap seats are the best for Love?0 -

Just saying a big thank you to everyone in this thread - I'm off to Vegas for the fourth time this weekend but there's so much new information that I've learnt from here. We have a list of things we'd like to do (but knowing me I'll get distracted by the slots!)
You guys are fantastic - thank you!!0 -
SeptemberLove 40% off on Sundays only
http://mirage-cds.admission.com/adm/LOVE40.htm
I'm sure there's a buy one, get on for $25 on https://www.smartervegas.com too
As for Terry Fator, I read somewhere today that someone got 2 tickets at Tix4Tonight for $135 and I think I posted earlier in this thread a link to 30% off.0 -
SeptemberWe are going in a couple of weeks as well. Temps are still in tripple figures, nights should be about 80 or so, not bad I guess.;) (All temps in old money, they just look better that way!!)0

hi all,
love this thread, have found myself reading it every day religiously now to make sure i pick up all the tips!!
my boyfriend and i are going to las vegas in 3 weeks or so and i would be very grateful if someone in the know would have a look at the list of things we've organised and let me know if i've missed anything important:
- flights booked (obviously
- have chosen seats on the flights
- ESTA forms done
- accommodation in Vegas booked
- accommodation at grand canyon booked (though i keep looking for cancellations as we will be staying at Yavapai lodge and i would love something with some sort of rim view... but still glad to have managed to get hold of a room!!)
- concert tickets booked
- vouchers on restaurant.com booked
still to do:
- car hire to book - hopefully do that tonight!
- helicopter ride over GC to book (looking for something which flies from within the GC rather than from LV - could this be left til we get to LV?)
anything important missing??
also, would anyone recommend a helicopter ride over the strip? since we will be doing a helicopter trip over the GC it has less appeal... but maybe we should do both!
thanks!
