I'm going out to Vegas in Nov my flight home isn't till 2020hours, Its BA direct anyone know what time checkin will be? Also thinking of booking a cheap room for my depart date to store bags and have a shower etc before the flight home, found excalibur for $25 can anyone see any problems with this or suggest any better ideas? Thanks

Actually one other thing to remember - hotel check-in is usually 3 or 4pm...most times you can check in earlier, but sometimes they may not have anything available - will depend on how busy they were the night before, etc. In your case sounds like you would be pretty flexible on type of room for your purposes - but it's possible you wouldn't be able to check in early enough to really make it worthwhile.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Just checked and the rates offered to me are different - so must be tied to your play at their casinos so will vary from person to person. We don't play much at Boyd properties so it makes sense that they wouldn't offer us much.

Nothing to do with how much you play as we don't really gamble (the odd $1 in a slot is the height of it), and have set set foot in any Coast hotel - so the only reason we might have been given a better rate was due to our misfortune of having stayed their for a couple of nights about 3 years ago.

Just checked ...we have a total of ....... 0 points!!

I want to hire a car and was just about to book with car 3000 when I read the terms etc. which have worried me with regard to the excess they say can be charged in case of an accident with no mention as to what this could amount to; and also that supplementary insurance for personal injuries to driver and passengers can be purchased locally., and lots of other bits and pieces don't seem to be covered either can someone put me wise
Insurance Information taken off their website I've underlined the bits that bother me
Your rental includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection with zero excess.
You will be required to leave a deposit when collecting the vehicle
This deposit usually takes the form of a credit card, although cash is an option at some locations so please contact a member of our team if you require this facility as this must be confirmed prior to collecting the vehicle. If the vehicle is damaged during the rental, you will be charged up to a maximum of the excess amount. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost Please note in common with most insurance policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact our team Please note a number of insurance options may be available to buy locally which reduce your risk or can provide further cover to you & your belongings.
I've only ever hired as part of a Virgin or BA package before and have always taken the insurance they've offered with the cars. Should I perhaps look at other companies. Thanks

Current points can be irrelevant - but if it's a players club offer they will look at a number of things and as you say it may be because you have stayed at Orleans before they figure they have a better chance of tempting you back. Regardless, appears to be a targeted thing and not available to everyone.

We both got the Orleans offer. Tony has 5 points, I have a few hundred. It does seen a bit like a random offer. I also got a slot tournament offer, but Tony didn't.

Has anyone ever been to the Southpoint casiino? The timeshare we'll be staying in is right next door to it apparently. Are the places to eat there any good?
