I'm still umming and ahhing... only really want to do it up so I can move and won't spend as much on it as it will add to the value but still not decided! I really need to phone up and sort a date to get the boiler replaced as I've got the money sitting waiting (saved that!) but I think I'm allergic to spending now:o!

Sort of decided against the loan thing, and was going to go by something for a night out next week but have decided that I will just wear something from my vast (although not that interesting) wardrobe(s):D....
Feeling quite geared up to saving at the minute so need to go OP my mortgage before the urge passes...

OK, weight sorted now but still living in pish flat:wall:.
We gotta get out of this place... if it's the last thing we ever do....

So up and at 'em! More money shall be saved, things sold and decorating done. Would love to be able to start the new year in a new home and the only thing stopping me is me:o:o:o.

So plan of attack for the weekend is to clear some more stuff out of DS's room and nag friend into carbooting soon. She seems to have an excuse for each weekend so may have to recruit someone else...

Holiday isn't too far away now so my other task is to save some spending money for that - about 40 euros so far... and as we only have B & B I'd better get to work:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

not updated for a while but have done nothing....

nearly arranged a loan there, had plucked up the courage but got hacked off during the security questions and gave up:o. Means I shall have to do the place up on the cheap but still...

Just logged on to check mortgage balance and delighted to see I'm finally in the £54Ks now:j:j:j. Hoping to get to around 53K before selling up, of course new carpets, kitchen, bathroom etc are all getting in the way:D. One day I will be rich or at least comfortable... must stop looking at holidays...
