    Soooooo I need to:

    1. save, save save.... hoping to make 50% of total target but recent holiday/improvements have put me down to 10%

    2. sell, sell, sell - still lots for ebaying here. no big money items but need to declutter

    3. cut down on the food shopping! this has been creeping up again and wine consumption needs to drop drastically.

    4. get the flat sorted - some of this needs big money but there are lots of things that just need some effort on my part either to paint and decorate or call someone to get little things sorted (eg guttering etc).

So roll on 27th October when I shall be reborn:D!

    OK progress update...

    1. Rejigging of finances means savings are currently 30%.

    2. Ebay - :o no progress as yet but it's a free listing weekend so will try to list a few items.

    3. Not too bad for the last couple of weeks but could still do better...

    4. Some tidying and decluttering has been done but this one is a work in progress and I'm wondering if I should tackle a room at a time instead of lots of wee jobs so I can see the progress... I now have a button box which means all the spare buttons can be easily found and that I also feel about eighty:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!

Lol, I came across some buttons yesterday that I knew I needed to keep but realised I had nowhere proper to keep them either!!

    1. Savings are currently 42%.

    2. Ebay - :o still no progress as yet and there won't be for a couple of weeks at least.

    3. Still need to cut down on the wine but not bad on the food shopping.

    4. Muchos painting done but yet more to do, need to call some folk and get quotes for the stuff I can't do myself but getting there. Fed up of the mess but it will be worth it in the end...

Also all this decluttering and painting is eating into my gym time so need to get that sorted out next week or all the weight shall pile back on.

Hey Skint, just having a catch up - your savings target is looking good - nearly half way there.

    Hows the rebirth going? xx

Glad to see that you are making good progress Skinty, a girl NEEDS boots it will be winter soon.

I really should paint our bedroom next week but the thought of starting it is really not appealing to me at all.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Boots are definitely a necessity and £40.00 is a good price. Hope the decorating is coming along well xx
