mmm...we walked a cycle route Penguin so there a few cyclists about...

Pleased to report I've lost another 2lbs so I'm halfway there now - one stone down and one to go:D. To be honest I'd be happy enough to get to 10 and a half stone but getting to ten would allow me some wiggle room.

Just realised yesterday was a NSD and today will be too:D.

I am finding it really easy Lou which is probably why I'm doing so well:D:o as I have no willpower really! Brekkie same as normal, soup and fruit for lunch and dinner as usual (although a bit less pasta or potatoes), there's enough points for crisps or other treat later on too. it is one of the benefits of being single that there's noone saying "lets go for a curry/pizza" as that would make life harder. That said it's a takeaway for us tomorrow and out for lunch on friday so hopefully I will at least manage to STS this week.

Just a quick update - nothing happening! Apart from Mr T vouchers (£14) arriving not much money coming this way... another 2lbs off weightwise which means only 12lbs to target or 5lbs to what I would happily settle for:D!
DS off to a friends later so I will head off to the gym and then maybe start on painting the hall.
