    Thank you, not sure why after putting on last week when I was really good - maybe you do need to eat all your points after all:o? otherwise your body thinks it's starving...

    Really looking forward to losing another 3lb so I can be 10 something:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. BMI has gone from 26 (unhealthy) to 24 in a month so that's got to be good:D.

    2 of us Spuds went into another stone this week. Ohh how I wish it was the 10s for me :p
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    It's so exciting going down into the next stone...have vague recollection...

    Was looking through old pics with DS yesterday and realised I've been avoiding the camera for the last couple of years when in reality I should accept this is a damn site better than I'll look in twenty years time so should stop being so self conscious:o:o... Seize the day etc... oh and stop giving a toss!

    Yep, I'm like that. I noticed on FB, there arent many of me at all, loads of the family, pets etc. I need to be braver and get that sod it attitude dont I :o
