just had a call announcing unexpected visit from friend, panicked and thought "OH NO, must tidy" but must have been on autopilot cos lounge tidy, bathroom and kitchen just cleaned so I think she can live with the hall:D. I was having a day off so haven't straightened hair and have glasses on... currently thinking I'll do (am clean) but will probably cave and change!

Been to gym and had healthy dinner so might have a wee glass of wine later:).

Hello, I've just been for a been for a BIG walk with one of my friends - about two and a half hours worth! It stayed dry and it was good to catch up properly:D. Nearly turned her down in favour of the gym but I was there yesterday and will be there tomorrow so a walk will do me just as much good I think.... might nip over for a swim/sauna later this afternoon though. Have friends coming over later and there will be much wine drunk (good thing I've saved some points;)) and laughter so looking forward to that. Need to nip into town and find out if DS's footie stuff I ordered has turned up...

I am determined to get out for a walk with OH this weekend, we are so out of a routine and my back has been dodgy since Christmas. Best way to get it sorted is to do excercise (cant run though due to disc damage:()
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Get your walking boots out then;):D! It was probably too icy to walk for ages around christmas and I think it might be next week too so take the opportunity while you can...saw lots of snow drops while we were out and some gorgeous horses, lovely tree stumps with mad fungii so really it was good for the visuals too! obviously cute muscle bound blokes were missing but you can't have everything:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
