Of course it does, along with the theory that food eaten stood up doesnt contain any calories. My favourite one is that eating chocolate makes clothes shrink :D

  • oi you! are you back here taunting me with your homemade bread again:D? That's something I am not making at the moment as I can't resist scoffing it hot with loads of butter:o! oooo I can almost smell it...
Had the low fat sausages for dinner and they were nice - unlike the meat free ones which I have to admit to binning:o.

P.S. I ran 7K today - getting closer to the ten...

I have some on the go at the moment- the smell is killing me:p:D

I am not a fan of quorn or other sausages of that are low fat...:o I would rather have one good one;)

    I can run 2p- i have a long way to go:rotfl:

Syn free sausages sound good, tonight we are having chicken, potato wedges and veg, I have two glasses of wine counted in too but have only a few points left and I want some profiteroles... mmm... might be a push:D! if I follow the logic is it ok to eat them all as long as they are all stuck together:)... not like DS would let me!

As for the exercise - why is it so easy to run for miles yet my legs ache after a couple of hours in town looking for a birthday pressie? Luckily we were successful (love looking at tiny girly clothes me) so no more shopping this weekend!
