You are doing so well with the gym:j

I mananged to get out for a walk with OH tonight, only 4 miles but I needed to get my bum into gear. Was a bit chilly on our faces but we wrapped up warm and kept up a fair pace.

Glad we got up and did it though.

I had been doing well Lou but felt a bit shattered tonight - still managed but just plodding not upping my pace...still plodding gets you there in the end:D.

It is, we got right out of the habit once I went back to work in September full time, took a bit of adjusting to but I need to get back into some form of regular exercise.

It is nicer in the lighter evenings though.

Can you break your list down a wee bit like flylady?
That might make it seem more manageable?

I was thinking of doing rooms/areas? Then at least one place will look ok before I wreck the next bit!

Currently trying to flylady DS's room, the boy has too much STUFF:eek::rotfl:.
