tis money saving honest! I'm currently having a teeny totty glass of wine to celebrate - by putting it in a really tiny glass I get two glasses from one wee bottle:D, still within my points honest!

Lou, thanks for keeping me on track:A!

I've put 1lb back on:mad::mad::mad:!!! I've been really good and stuck to the plan - even ending the week with 20 activity points in the bank! Trying to focus on the shape change... next week is another week... So disappointed though:(.

Oh Skint don't be disappointed. I had a few weeks of gaining and losing the same pound but loads of people commented on how much weight I had lost. I think of it as your body catching up on the weight you have lost. If clothes are fitting you that didnt before then you are definitely changing shape and losing inches. xxx
