**Nasty mother alert** - was putting the washing on today and DS is expected to empty his pockets before putting things in the laundry basket so a pair of jeans was being rejected for rework when I spotted a pound coin in the basket - result! He's paying me to wash things now... I have warned him before that any money on floor etc is mine so I snaffled it:D! Hoping it might teach him a lesson:rolleyes:...

Spent bloomin fortune today! so hoping for a No Spend Week... fingers crossed. Went to Glasgow so there was train fare (kids free so still cheaper than driving and parking), out for lunch and DS needed new trainers again - only upside being he's a size 4 now so only a couple more years and I might get his old ones:rolleyes:.

Weight loss good so far so just trying to stick with it...still plodding PAP:D.

Must go get organised for the week ahead.x

Hi Skint, just having a catch up. Well done on your weight loss 5lbs is amazing. Keep on going. Well done with all the gym trips as well - that is something I am going to have to think about!

*can I lose weight through thinking about going to the gym?** xx

ahem, can I draw your attention to my siggy...NINE pounds now! didn't post on diary but am really chuffed:j:j:j (must do more of these).

I like the gym Penguin but if you don't just try and choose something that appeals otherwise you'll hate every second of it:p! Sadly just thinking doesn't work or I'd have George Clooney here admiring my skinny size 10 bod!

9lbs is amazing Skinty - and post it on your diary in future its an amazing achievement. Weigh in on Weds for me after 2 weeks maintaining I need to get the weight shifting again. It seems to have come to a full stop (although I have retained the ability to gain weight!) xx xx

oh dear...still haven't done much of the cleaning... 2 NSDs in a row and I've been to the gym tonight:D. Now feel like drinking tea and sitting so no housework for me although I did put a wash on so will hang it up when it finishes.

Thank you Bob, I am still quite enthusiastic at the moment over the dieting thing:D. Hope it lasts a few more weeks .

Another NSD yesterday and todays spends were all on expenses so I'm counting that as one too!

DS just off to bed after breaking the world record for number of questions asked in an hour....I suppose it's good to be interested in things...
