You are such a good girl :A I still havent had any alchohol yet although I am not sure the indian meal that OH has just taken me to has done me any favours. Only had the main course though which was tandoori prawns and salad and said no to nan bread
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

No alcohol here either, Options Orange hot choc right now! That sounds like you chose healthy enough Lou, should be fine. I am resisting alcohol no problem but if anyone put a nan bread in front of me that might be a different matter:o:drool:

Went to the gym again today despite having a niggley back but was ok once I started running or should I say plodding (still good eh PAP?:))
Had to go into town this afternoon to get something for DS and decided to go to Boots as I need some lip balm and fancied an eyeshadow and some nail varnish... found huge make up set at half price (£7.50) so got lots of stuff including two lip glosses which are both fab colours:D. Off for swim later and sauna in a desperate attempt to lose some weight before my weigh in tomorrow...

Just updated my WW thingy and apparently I banked 20 points this week, must reread as I don't think they roll over... maybe I should have a whole bottle of wine tonight...(I won't honest) but if I get my butt to the gym again tomorrow it should mean I've got a few more points in reserve if I go off slightly during the week:D!
