In Asda once I had to rip open a packet of liquorice catherine wheels and eat it at the check out otherwise I felt like I was going to keel over, I bet the checkout woman thought I was a right greedy cow:rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:and yeuch - I hate liquorice! I get a bit like that too Lou (usually mid afternoon) but cutting down sugary stuff helps. I just don't understand folk who skip brekkie, I would fall over by ten:o.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

I am always hungry about 2 hours after breakfast.
I cannot go very long between eating as I suffer from low low blood sugar levels, I have to eat fruit or a few nuts in between meals or I just end up on the floor:o

Its funny you say that, Mum always thinks its well strange - how hungry I get but I start to panic if I don't eat every few hours at the very least (which makes me look greedy) otherwise I feel awful so weak and pathetic and it can trigger headaches which equals instant panic.
How did you find out about the low blood sugar levels Lou?
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

It was at my pill check funnily enough, I have low blood pressure and I mentioned about these "far away" and "shakey" feelings I get throughout the day, she said that it will be low blood sugar which is common if you suffer from low blood pressure apparantly, she said if it became a real problem then they would do some blood tests incase its that (whatever it is when you have to eat chrisps or you die) thing
Thankfully it is kept under control by eating little and often and always having a little snack in my bag.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I've been to the gym:A, and it was awful:o. My body is a lump of lard and has no desire to change - I will fight it and win though;).
I think I'm going to go back tonight but just for a wee swim and to do the sauna/jacuzzi pamper stuff.
I went into town and bought a complete wardrobe from Matalan for less than £40:eek:! Got leggings, skirt, dress, top, belt and three jumpers... all size 12 so good for the ego despite knowing that their sizes are humungous;):D!Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
