Thinking of joining WW online. I know I said it's not rocket science but maybe paying to join might force me into following a diet... will ponder on it a wee bit longer but 3 months plus quidco cash back isn't too steep and I think I need a bit of help/structure.
It's snowing! please make it go away!

Sounds good to me Lou. How much do you want to lose altogether? I want to lose 28 pounds which would be just in time for summer hols if I manage a pound a week:).

Morning Skint and Lou, 1lb a week is sensible and achievable, I am back on SW with a vengence after gaining 7lbs in 2 weeks - pretty impressive hey! xx

I only need to lose 10lbs to get back to target again so perhaps half a 1lb a week would make it fair for me:D or could I lose the lot in 10 weeks???

Either way I need to shift it one way or another, to have a friend to work with would spur me on no end.

By the way the friend is you :D

Hiya Penguin how are you doing? I think we need an update of what you have been up to lately.

Right ladies - I have signed up! WW that is not foreign legion... £40 for 3 months and £15 back from quidco. My justification is that I was going buy new jeans today and would have spent at least £25 on them and still felt miserable cos they would be 14s:o. Starting weight is 12stone on the dot (pound less than yesterday though:D).

Lou, here's a linky to Penguin's diary, she's doing fab and has nearly seen the back of Barclaycard now:).

Must go shop, have no food other than chocolate and crisps which isn't great for the diet...

I'm starting SW today too. At my weight, I think I should be around 9 feet tall
