If its got your test initials on then....go to the website, and click no R number, it will take you to a page with pics of magazines/brochures...it may be listed there. Kantar do say keep the item for 3 weeks if it doesnt appear on the site, then send it back to them in the big grey envelope.

I receive magazines/catalogues/brochures with my test initials, and the majority of the time they do appear on the site, sometimes they dont, so i send them back to Kantar after 3 weeks.

An easy way to find out is by going to your 'Enter Received Items', then tick the 'no R Number found box' and see if anything appears that matches the items you have recieved.

lannyloo beat me to it, and explained it alot better.

    Yes they are different.
All test initials are PO then your own name.
I've never asked (nor have I heard) for this mags.

You are invited to select your test initials when you originally register - to ensure they are not the same as yourself or another person in your household.

[PO is a bit obvious but I guess some people choose that - or RM.]

Have now read back through the posts which led to the one I quoted. I now think that the "your own name" is meant to be cobra's own name.
  • I'm interested in applying for this but could I do it if I work 9 til 5 (Mon to Fri) - I'm just wondering if the posting could be done round this? I don't want to apply if I can't do it, and take a place from someone else! Thanks! :T

In all honestly ud be stuck, general postings, before 10am, 10am-1pm, after 1pm but before last collection.

You nominate 10 postboxes / post offices, in theory it could be possible, is there anyone you could ask if the posting time was arkward?

I know theres not been many vancancies lately.x

Yeah it's fine. You could post on your way to work or during your lunch break.

For Eg: I have a post box outside my house and walk past 2 post offices and there is also a post box out side work and loads on the way to work so I am covered. If I am away I get my mum to post them for me. I don't always stick to the times as things do come up but Kantar are happy with this and I do managed it 99.8% of the time.

Just apply in case they need people in your area. Plus the stamps come in very handy and it's a doddle to do as well as enjoyable.

I work 9 to 6 weekdays and the only "window" that can be difficult is the 10 to 1 one. Fortunately, I can take lunch when I like and so can get out in good time before 1 pm. However, as at least one person has said, it is possible to post at other times.

What is important is that the post offices and post boxes are in your home post code area - eg home and boxes are all in CV. It would be difficult if your home and work had different post code letters at the beginning.
  • I just opened my packs to see that I have 2 additional items to post so an extra 24 first class stamps and got my regular stamps last week plus on a mis delivery... This is a bumper week!!! :T :T :T

I have never ever posted in the correct 'windows' as long as you post it on the correct day it is fine, Kantar do say this on their FAQ section. I have been on the panel for 18 months and they have never once complained.
