Damn! I just told them I quit as I could never post 10-1pm! I work 35 miles from where I live so could never do this.

I have had 3 queries over the last few weeks asking if I am sure I posted my letters on the days requested. The SMART idicates that they were posted the following day.


I keep a record of when posted so I know I have posted them on the right day and before final collection. Either R M is not picking up the mail some days or the SMARTS are not working.

Has anyone else had this problem

Yup same here. I logged on today to find 2 queries, 1 of the smarts didnt register until 2 days after i posted the letter

I have also had resolve queries over the past couple of weeks, it always happens when I post from one particular box, I know that some days it doesn't get emptied, I have reported this to Royal Mail but it still happens. :eek:

I had 1 box last year which wasn't emptied for a week - postman was on holiday and the replacement forgot

Just recieved a smart direct from Kantar themselves as I didn't have many in my stock, and have been asked to send it back again straight away! Never had that before in my 18 months of being on the panel.
