  • can someone help me,i am new to this and received my first two items to post.
my r is 0000 and the website wont accept this am i doing something wrong?
i had a look through the info but cannot see where am going wrong can someone help me? tia

You don't enter the R numbers of letters that you have to post out which arrive in the big envelopes from survey HQ. You only enter the R numbers from items that come to you as individual letters from other senders.

I recommend you go back to the start and read the training pages on the website again.

Don't know what's going on at the mo, but a lot of mail I am getting has all the posting info written on in pen on the front of the envelope. I am getting them without the stickers that you put on the paper inside on the item so I have no number to be able to log. I am having to send emails with all the posting info on and return the SMARTS.

    .

Guess that's cause there's so many newbies sending their first letters out.
  • Im new to this too but I just read my letter like 10times to make sure, and to me it seems pretty straightforward, the only thing I have to do is not be lazy and walk to the post office maybe I will lose some weight :)

Is it my imagination, or is there a bit of a problem for RM here (or rather Research International) in that a number of the people who've signed up for this under the 6 month replacement programme don't seem particularly well suited to handling it? :o

Agree with nickyt and others. I too had one yesterday with no R label put in yet all the details on the front of the envelope. I had email back from RI saying it must be someone new! This job is so basic I just don't know how people can make so many mistakes or why it is necessary to ask so many questions on here. Get a grip people - read the b... stuff and if you can't do it from that you shouldn't be doing the job at all. I hope Kantar are reading this and think about who they are employing.

The weirdest one I've received, was where, rather than sticking the R label onto the piece of paper in the envelope, someone had sent the whole sheet of sticky labels
  • After reading the last few threads looks like RI may regret the 6 month thing. Sounds like problem upon problem!!

i had a few last yr where folk were putting post details on front to remind themselves mabe as a pp says stick a wee post it type label on ( and remember to remove it before posting )

also recieved one letter the barcode labels we use to get with our details on it ...instead of the correct R label

it clearly states not to draw attention to the fact you are on the panel
  • This thread is in danger of becoming somewhere to criticize new test members. Can we all just stop please? If people are in need of advice can we either give it, or hold our tongue. We can't all be perfect at something when we start out. Let RI decided if someone is going to be any good at it or not.
