On the outside a SMART looks like a piece of mousemat wrapped in clear plastic and has a 4 letter code on which you have to log when entering the details of the letter it came with.

Er, no! SMARTs haven't had the 'pound coin' feel for some time - they were redesigned specifically to avoid this. Chocmonster's description below is correct. You can't miss them - but if in doubt contact RI.

Every calendar month you should receive 1 book of 12 1st class stamps and 1 book of 4 1st Large Letter stamps.

Have a look on the survey websites training pages (required reading) and look at the news page as this will often help you with things like this, hth's!

Has anyone had an email about whether they will be on the active or active reserve list? This should have been sent out in February and the rotation should begin in April?
