I had an email last week saying that I would be getting a 6 month break from mid march and then will go back on the reserve list, which I am quite happy about as I was thinking of quitting towards the end of last year after doing for around 15 months, so a break is good for me.

Got an email several weeks ago to advise me that we would be starting mid-March.

Excellent timing with the steep inceases in stamp prices, which RM are threatening to bring out in the next few weeks, as the free 1 book of 12 1st class stamps and 1 book of 4 1st Large Letter stamps, which I will get each month, will come in very handy.

I have a question, I received my first postage thingy yesterday, and it had been delivered to a completely different address in a different town, all because the sorting office hadn't read the postcode properly, and my town wasn't shown in the address. Is there anywhere I can log in to online and change how my address appears?

I dont think you can change your address on the online system...the fact that your post is not being delivered because its going via a different postcode well that really would be something that you need to speak to the helpline about....

Give them a call and they will change or adjust the details if they need to.

Thanks. Looks like they missed me out. Didn't end up sending me a posting pack for last week although I had items listed. Got a very flustered and annoyed response when I called to tell them so. Perhaps my stamps were meant to be in that pack.

As an aside, what do you do with the letters you receive from other panellists? I requested for barcode labels but was told not to send anything back and to destroy everything I receive. But when I asked for return packets, they sent those across. Any suggestions?

They changed the rules a few months back so that now you don't send anything back to them unless they request for SMARTS to be returned to base.
