I don't find the website that great tbh, not overly user friendly for someone new to it, it seems quite badly designed.
Anyway, just wondering, how many items approx do you receive/send in a month? As a newbie it's only a couple so far, just wondering what they expect ongoing?0 -
I didn't realise you could only post in your postcode area... I posted it in a postoffice not in my postcode area. what do I do now!0

When you nominate your postboxes they should all be in your postcode area. Check the faqs on the website.
Where do I post my test items?
If you take part in the survey from home, you should post your items in a Post Box anywhere within your postcode area. This is any Post Box with a Post Box ID that begins with the first letter(s) of your postcode. Remember, if this is your first time using a specific Post Box, you must take note of the Post Box ID and enter it onto our system.
Your posting plan will instruct you whether the item should be posted in a Post Box or at a Post Office. If the plan instructs you to post in a Post Office, the Post Box outside the Post Office is acceptable and, in fact, preferable.
You can always ring them or email and let them know the number of the postbox you've posted in. They'll probably just ignore that one for the purposes of the survey. Don't worry everyone gets it wrong sometimes.

Don't know what's going on at the mo, but a lot of mail I am getting has all the posting info written on in pen on the front of the envelope. I am getting them without the stickers that you put on the paper inside on the item so I have no number to be able to log. I am having to send emails with all the posting info on and return the SMARTS.
I have emailed them telling them this is happening as now they don't see the envelopes, so can't inform the member. I have also said that they say about us not letting royal mail know we are doing this, but the send you letters with their return address on it. They have changed the SMARTS but they are still very easy to know they are in there.
When getting my posting ready I use the little post it notes and write the posting date and time on that, so before I post I can remove it and write the box and time on it. This way I have it ready when I get home to enter online and I don't have to remember it.
Shame the ones that have been doing this a long time and know what to do are the ones that they will be putting on the 6 months rest. Thanks for any help and advice given
