Ive noticed there are a new type of smart now, i wonder if they have asked for all available smarts to be returned so they can get rid of the old ones?
I had to send mine back, but have had loads of received mail this week, and next weeks pack, so dont think im being fired yet!

I'm still receiving a mix of old and new smarts. I got some new ones last week and an old one arrived in one letter I received today.

As predicted, my SMART stock is back up to around half a dozen, mix of old and new after sending all I had back to them last week. Of course, if they want to retire the old style they will have to recall them as we just post them amongst ourselves, they won't go back to the office otherwise. I wonder if they kept a record of new versus old numbers? If they didn't they may just ask for them all back and sort them out when they get them.

Conversely I've waiting until today to sort out next week's postings but I still don't have any Smarts to put in so they will be going without them!

Still waiting here too. The fourteen days they said to allow for is up tomorrow and I plan on phoning if they aren't in the post.

Sorry to hear you're still having problems with the vouchers. I did the Misdelivery Survey for a couple of weeks in October and got paid very fast so keep on at them!
