Well they must be having problems because i emailed them saturday about not having gotten the vouchers yet. I cant even remember was it the begining of oct that we did it? Needless to say they havent replied i will give it a few days than i will just call them!
I haven't had my vouchers either - I called Kantar a couple of days ago. They confirmed that I had completed the survey correctly and then checked a spreadsheet with the names of who had been sent vouchers - mine wasn't on it ( I suspect now quite a few of us have been missed off!) They told me that they would order vouchers for me and they should be with me in the next 14 days.0 -

I can confirm the vouchers for taking part in the correctly delivered survey were dispatched on 15/10/2010, could you please confirm that they have not still been received.

once I confirmed I hadn't received them I then got this replyThanks for letting us know.
I need to confirm with our London office as to why you have not received your vouchers. Please can you bear with us and we will investigate in to this.
We will either send you the vouchers within the next 14 days or we will e-mail you will the reason why we are not sending you the vouchers on this occasion.

Me too. Perhaps it's because WEEGIE is hoarding them all:rotfl:
It's not the first time though, and the last time they did it they sent me several extra SMARTs to use within the week. I have postings in 2 weeks time that have SMARTs allocated but not assigned yet. I'm sure I'll be back up to stock by then as these days the vast majority of posts I receive or send include a SMART (I'm sure that never used to be the case).
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
