I had that problem with the last mis-delivery, maybe the vouchers were mis-delivered.

My last lot of vouchers arrived within about a week and I did that misdelivery survey during the 2nd & 3rd weeks of October so there doesn't seem to be any reasoning behind the way they send them out!
