  • I have been signed up and have an account to do these surveys but have never had anything. Do I have to wait for them to contact me or should I be looking somewhere on the website

Usually you receive an information pack and receive some test items to get you used to the system before you start receiving post from other people.

I suggest you phone them and check what is happening - you will need your ID which can be found on the website.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

Oh but I am seething! I get mail every day, can't remember the last time I didn't get any...until last Saturday and again yesterday. Hmmmm strange thought I, so I rang my local delivery office only to be told that they had set up a new system, the postman hadn't had time to deliver to our street before his day finished, so all mail was taken back to the delivery office. They can't say  when we might get mail again, but "will have a look and see what they can do" (said as if doing me a favour.)

I am so glad I am part of this panel, I just hope I have loads of test mail being held up so that RI see just how long some of the mail is taking to get through to me.

    Surely they can't do this?
