Same here, over 4 weeks and still not got them. I usually get them about a week after.

me too, I've emailed about them and they're looking into it
  • I read this thread about a week back and got in touch with RM to see if they needed people in my area. They replied telling me that yes they needed people in my area and that I will recieve a welcome pack with stamps and instructions soon. I'm guessing I just need to wait for this to arrive and all will become clear?? Any other newbies out there with advice??

    Regards :T
  • It wouldn't hurt to get in touch with them.

Just received a reply from RM Surveys:

Thank you for your recent participation in the Royal Mail survey conducted by Research International, your contribution has been invaluable.

As you may be aware, we are commissioned by Royal Mail to measure the quality of their service in specific postcode areas, however at present we have more than the required number of panellists in your postcode and unfortunately this means we need to remove you from the panel. We will keep your details on our "Reserve" list in case a space becomes available in your area at which time we would contact you again to see if you are still interested in helping with the survey.

Please do not worry about posting or completing information online for any items you may still have or may receive in the near future. If you can use any of the stationery for your own use then please do.

Once again, thank you for your participation and support with the project.

This explains why I wasn't receiving and posting schedules. Naughty of them for not telling me this in the first place though.

Hmmm... I got a different story though I did not wait so long to contact them. When my usual weekly pack did not arrive and then after checking online the following Monday saw my next week's schedule was also blank I phoned them. I was told on the phone everything was as normal and sometimes they gave panellists a "holiday".

The next day a letter arrived in the mail saying I was being placed on reserve but to please continue entering any items received over the following couple of weeks.

Not a very reliable company at all if they cannot tell their panellists the straightforward truth. Over the time I was with them there were a number of discrepancies such as stuff missing from posting packs for items to be posted. I always reported this promptly to them and just before I was "terminated" I sent a few reports of errors on the schedules etc. I begin to wonder if they got fed up of me and decided to chuck me off the list? :(
