afternoon all
been out for the day today so not aorund - left at 7am to train it past reading to do the next stage of our Thames path walk - 12 miles. Was quite nice and not too hot in the end. Got home about an hour ago to find a police helicopter overhead, loads of police around a van which was right outside! Not sure what has been going on but I did hear the policeman say 'murder'...not that I was craning out of the window you understand! We're all showered and changed now and have washing to go in!
Otherwise I've almost finished my list, will probably finish in tomorrow morning now. Hope you have all had lovely daysMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

I think I need to focus on filing, minor DIY (a couple of cupboard doors need to go on and the outside lightbulb needs changing which requires screwdrivers ) and clothes-sorting challenges next week... maybe there is something in Dusty's idea! The rest of the house should now be OK with a quick S&S in each room as long as I keep on top of it daily... which given that I haven't got much on should be perfectly possible!

Toots - I managed to move enough things on my desk to be able to clean the monitor, mouse and keyboard (they're attached to my work setup, so not in use this week, hence the reason they were behind the piles of filing
) so can I please have my last star
:D
Well done on your 100 thing fling. I hope you're going to have a restful evening.0 -

I'm not sure why they were my way (I googled and it said they were in Lincolnshire today, I live NE of Bristol). I can only assume they were on their way home, wherever that is, or going to the next place ready for tomorrow.
Now I don't get to see Concorde any more I have to rely on occasional sightings of the Red Arrows or, more often, Chinooks. I do like a nice Chinook......0 -
