Thanks for that Greenbee - I know I need to focus on the positive but was racking my brain on which way to go. I know they might NOT ask but want to be prepared as much as possible if they do.
I have put the ironing away and done another lot, brought in some washing and pegged out some more.

Tears because she never got her baby. Now it's going to be final so she's very down. Fortunately of the six of us two others were also not mums.

Mum has been and looked at the job docs so now feeling she can support me in this and has told me she could see that I have been depressed. So probably the right decision IYSWIM. I'll add more if I get it - suffice to say work is not going particualrly well at present. I just need some good answers for the 'why are you considering leaving your present position' questions...
Feel free to chip in girlies!
Valli I am glad that your Mum feels she can support you:rolleyes: but at the end of the day it is your life anyway!! ((hugs))) As for what to say at work -
    • you need a new challenge
    • you feel you have talents that are not fully utilised where you are
    • you feel it will give you more free time at home/ to do things you have been missing out on
    • better hours/money/location??????
    • that you dont need the increasing pressure put on you by guidelines/ ofstead etc
    • you work to live not live to work
    • "whats it got to do wth you"
    • "Dont be so nosey"
    • "I dont want to work with you anymore"
    • "I hate my job"
    • "the male staff are better looking"
    • "there is a better view"
huge hugs for your friend - what a shame for her but it sounds like she has lovely friends like you and the rest to support her :A:A

    Afternoon all

    Happy Birthday Jo :) :bdaycake:

Hope all the whinging/lazy kids buck up soon :D (I don't miss that at all but I do miss not having them all live here any more - be careful what you wish for I say ;)).

One load of washing done, dried and put away.

Went over to DD2's to see to her guinea pigs. She's bridesmaid today and is busy all over the weekend. We are going to the evening do tonight so I'm hoping to get a photo of her in her bridesmaid dress, I've just recharged my camera batteries.

Oh, and well done for getting an interview Valli, hope it goes well.

Sorry toots, we have blue sky and hot sun (in fact too hot to sit in)
Which means my washing would have dried by now if I had done it and of course he hasn't come back.
