(((hugs))) hex... how about adding roasted small boy to the menu to compensate...

Last freecycler is now over half an hour late. I don't really feel like going out (I wanted to lie around reading a book until lunchtime :D) but I think I might be compelled to go for a walk. Maybe I could go to the shop and get myself a newspaper... I'm not sure I feel like going in the long way round (having survived 20 miles with no blisters, I now mysteriously have one on each foot which were quite painful when I put my sandals on last night, and I can only get the blister stuff to stick on one side... I really don't want to wear boots even if it has cooled down recently!), but I could probably work out a route that will give me 3-4 miles.

Upstairs floors are cleared ready to be hoovered and washed, and I've sorted the laundry - one load is in, two more half loads are sorted but won't go on until I have stuff to add to them, and the handwashing is sitting there looking at me as usual. Utility room floor is tidy and I've washed up/filled the DW so the sink and drainer are also tidy!

Freecycler who took all the cr*p has emailed to say thankyou, which is nice!

Good to see there's lots of activity today, Toots' nagging is obviously having an effect on some of you :p

A miracle has occurred in our house! Saying that carpet still the same and walls have about the same amount of make-up/tan/bronzer as the carpet, but will need industrial cleaner to get them clean.

    Hi,

    Wow Carlsbergal what a difference.

    Hex massive hugs.

I didn't get as much done in my HHC as i would have liked both Ds's decided to have a tantrum:mad:. Ds1 because i said he wasn't making bacon sandwiches now and i wanted him to get dressed and to at least make a start on his room first. He stomped around, pulled the rabbit run out of the ground ( i made him put it back ) then he went and played on his xbox:mad:. I told him no he wasn't going on his xbox i wanted him to make a start on his room then 2 mins later he was on it again :mad: so i took his xbox off him, he's still not doing it i'm going in in 5 mins and if i can't see a difference i will be going in with a black bag.

Ds2 brought a bucket of water in from the garden and tipped it all over himself and the carpet so i told him off and he started screaming ( he hates being told off ) and being rude. So he's had another telling off too.

    Apart from that i
