Pigpen - do your 4 need new coats, or just new-to-them coats that fit?
New to them would be fine but I don't know anyone with children slightly bigger than mine anymore and the charity shops rarely have anything in.. though I have had a few from ebay before... sold loads of their coats on there though oddly.. and have about 6 to put on at the end of summer.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Wow I'm hot now - just spent the last hour in the garden cutting the edges with shears, clearing that up and spraying weed killer in the patio and path.
Just had a call from one of my guests to say she has a stinking cold and may not be coming tonight, but her hubby and baby will come anyway. Hope I haven't bought too much food now. Off to go and get the last bits and pieces and collect the chicken from waitrose.
See you all later,

Happy Birthday Jo
Boys slept in till 9am - a personal first.
DH is busy removing walls again, and I am trying hard not to be cross about it. I cleaned most of upstairs yesterday and now it is all dusty again. We have the ILs visiting tomorrow so I need to tidy again. On the positive side I will finally have a toilet and a sink in the same room, and then I can order the BR suite.
Have a lovely day everyone, especially Jo and Sexymouse for birthday celebrations.
There is a child crying for the 5th time this morning. I wish to resign from the position of mummy, the staff are incompetent whingers who have no respect at all for the management.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Morning everyone
Happy Birthday Jo!!! Hope you have a lovely day.
Back from DD1's gymnastics and just waiting for DH to get home from his haircut then we're off to the shops. I need new jeans as my old ones have a hole and new summer shoes, DD1 needs new trainers (hole also) and sandals and DD2 needs some shoes as well. Think it'll be an expensive day.
It's forecast rain today so I might not hang the washing out. Can't decide as it doesn't look too bad at the moment.
See you all later. x0
