    We are having the cheapest smallest do [2nd time round for both of us] 9 attending, buffet at Mum's but I couldn't be surer or happier or more certain of mine and the childrens future. I feel like I've waited forever for my man and now he's here he's going nowhere!!!

    helen - know the feeling only too well, got married in jan to the best thing that's ever happened to me. Kids love him. We had 22 to see ceremony (originally going to be no-one, but fell soft and handed out invirtes on xmas day to family) in Ripon, they had a couple of drinks with usafter then b%ggered off and left us to it. Best of both worlds xx

    have been AWOL this week as have had lots of stuff happening! We are Sold subject to contract:j so I have been very busy with that plus my new allotment has been taking up lots of my time so have done prob 8HG!
    Hope everyone is well don't think I will be able to read through 60 pages but will have a go. Like the names of the days this week! Here is my pathetic list, not many stars to award this week I'm afraid Toots but have been doing lots of decluttering and boxing up
    Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level One
    Declutter the floors .. LR, Hall and stairs!
    Declutter the flat surfaces.. even if you scoop it all into a box to deal with later!



    Level Two
    Level Three
    Sort through coats and shoes and bags.. fling any that are dead!
    Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move
    Declutter the hallway/porch and wipe over all the paintwork! Inc doors!

    Extras
    4. Sort out the rubbish from your purse/most used bag
    The great declutter!

    * 100 thing fling!!

    Twinkly Tuesday ~ Bathroom, Loo & Cruddy Study
    Level One :j
    Level Two

    Extras
    1. Wipe any shelves and reorder them.. do not put back what doesn't live there!
    4. Drag out the desk and declutter/vacuum under and behind it.. dust the pc case before putting it back!

    * List 5 things to sell/freecycle
    * 60 in 60 ..

    Weird Wednesday ~ Crabby kitchen!
    Level One
    Empty and wash out the bin.. make it smell sweet!
    Level Two
    Wipe all appliances.. large and small
    Wipe over units and kickboards
    mop the floor
    Level Three
    Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
    Scrub out the fridge.. incorporate those 'slightly wilting' things into your meal plan!
    Extras
    1. Wash out the vacuum cleaner.. wash those filters and let it dry thoroughly before reassembling
    2. Wash the windows if they need it

    * Binbag dance

    Thwarting Thursday ~ Boudoir and landing..
    Level One
    Level Two
    Clear the floor on the landing
    Sort through a pile of landing detritus
    Level Three
    Vacuum the floor!
    Wipe down the paintwork

    Extras

    1. Wipe the upstairs doors and handles
    2. Dust and deweb
    3. Sort through a wardrobe/chest of drawers
    4. Sort through your make-up.. fling all those snaggly bits that you've had forever that are WAAAY past their best!

    The Great Declutter

    * Sort through the underwear.. yours Fling those greyed manky pants and holey socks!
    * hand towels and bath towels... fling those which are gross, manky or otherwise hidden at the back of the cupboard!... The local dog rescue places and PDSA are usually desperate!!

    Fabulous Friday ~ Child swamps, Land of Spare Oom or just a neglected extra room!

    wipe the paintwork, bed frame, radiator and skirting etc
    Level Three
    sort through a cupboard of clothing.. We have the swap thread on the facebook pages if you wish to rid yourself
    Vacuum floors
    Extras
    2. Sort through a box of toys, get rid of the broken, unused and outgrown ones! half done!
    3. Straighten the book shelves
    4. Wash the windows if needed

    * List 5 more things to be rehomed/sold
    * Fill a binbag.. you decide whether it is for charity/friend/bin/etc

    OMG that is embarrassing! I have been doing the dailies and my house does not look like a pighole honestly, there's just stuff ready to pack and being sorted in different bags which means the floors arent clear and i cant hoover very easily! Think I better print my list off and have a better go tomorrow!

    My kids love him too - he has been such a steadying influence for my DD who is 9 and my DS who is 6 see's him as a Dad so everyone's a winner here. Sometimes it's hard to believe that life can be so good after having had a cr#p time with the ex.
