(((hugs))) grateful - and yes, sexymouse got the job :j and is currently having a birthday/new job BBQ which Lady-Liberty has just returned from!

Glad to hear you had a great time froddy... somehow I thought you might enjoy it ;)

I'm off to read my book in the bath, having realised how grubby I am after a day of flying, walking and lying around :D

Hopefully I'll remember to get up in time to go to the farmers' market tomorrow, as I've realised I've got friends coming over for supper on Monday and I need to cook something that will cater for the vegetarian and the pregnant friend who doesn't eat fish or peas (and now can't eat blue cheese...). Luckily no one else is particularly fussy, so hopefully they'll all be happy with something that's likely to be mostly vegan!

I suppose I should invite a few more people seeing as I'm going to go to the effort of cooking. I used to cook for friends a lot, but don't seem to have had people over much recently... something that clearly needs to change!

Where's MrsBeaston these last few days? Know I've spelt her name wrong.
Piggers - please remember those who work full time and don't have school age kids - I'm a nervous wreck posting as it is because of my shameful ways without the added torture of more rules -eerr I mean helpful suggestions!!! LOL :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Mrs B is currently on facebook, so I'm sure she'll be on here soon to keep you entertained... :D

I'm with you on the second point too... I'm only up to date on my flying because I've had the week off. When I'm at work I have no chance of keeping up... although that's why I'm keen to get my paperwork and decluttering done while I can!

L-L - hugs; well done on the positive attitude

carol - yay! Well done :T

kazmeister - both dresses are lovely, but the butterfly one is gorgeous and more unusual

SGT - glad you've arrived safely

Pollybear - we see lots of Chinooks at school as the area is mostly MOD

Triker - anyone'd think you love chickens :p

Helen - wow! you kept that quiet. Congrats :T

mudbath - it was amazing - soooo much more than I was expecting and even better than last time I saw them; waiting patiently :p for the DVD now!

L-L - just a bit :D Am afraid to say I've never been a fan of the Killers :o but, as you are, I'm sure you'll have a fab time! And the Albert Hall is awesome - my ex had his graduation there!

Question: Why did next door decide to start sawing wood at 10:30 p.m. and make a lot of noise about it?

Answer: Apparently so they can have a little fire / bbq in the back garden of their terraced house and make lots more noise chatting and singing

    Hello

I had a lovely time at sexymouse's party, it was nice to meet her parents & in-laws....she had worked hard with the food, & her OH did a good job manning the BBQ.......thanks hun xx

Glad the Barbie was a success Sexym and glad you had a good time LL
soappie - I have added the special to my list as well. Thanks for the info re the Reds I forgot I had the details saved and I checked and they were supposed to be here yesterday but they never turned up - I am so disappointed:(

If they didn't turn up it was because of bad weather. They do their best not to miss a gig. I have sat on the perimeter of an airport more than once in appalling weather conditions (think rain, strong winds etc.) and they have done their best to get off the ground and go visit the next place on the list. They don't chicken out for nothing.

Off to bed myself v. soon. Night night everyone xx

Toots, Lady-Liberty, Froddington and Kazmeister - thank you

I have organised it in..... wait for it......... 4 weeks!!!!

No-one at work knows as we can't afford to invite anyone so we're both going into work the following Monday with those lush huge Fairy Cakes from Costco's to give out as Wedding Cake [cos we're only having a small one from MrS for the day].

    Night night everyone, sleep well
