    Just waiting to get my monies back from the "bodypro" now from visa disputes and i have drained the account and its maxed out on my overdraft in the hope they cant take anymore and banged any cash i have in my savings account.

    Still kicking myself over getting had by this so unlike me but hey no point crying over spilt milk just got to beat the bsatards now in the hope they do one!

    its a nightmare because i have no idea where it all ends, guess your in the same boat, just blocking it out and trying to sort it because i know worrying will not solve it i know its partly our fault for getting had by the scam but these people who are doing this are the scum of the earth

    Just been caught out by the now new trading names of DazzleWhite!! they are now CleanWhites and TeethMaxWhite both just took 97p from me!! fortunately read reviews 5 mins after ordering the product and spoke to my credit card issuer who have completely changed the card for me!! I am hoping this works and stops these con artists getting their grubby mitts on at least one other persons hard earned cash......its so infuriating!!!!!!!

    So please look out for these new names they are also a DURHAM address postcode seems to be now DH8 7PW I am presuming this is also some semi detached house aaarrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhh. :mad::mad::mad:

    We have been able to obtain a free phone number for anyone in the UK, although the call centre is not in the UK the advisors seem very helpful:

    We have called the number, and found the following:

    Our call was answered in under 10 seconds to a recorded line, then after a brief recorded message, the call was answered by an operator in under 2 minutes!

    The policies we were advised of are as follows:

    'Free trial' lasts for 15 days and thereafter a charge will be applied as per terms and conditions of subscription;

    Any subscription may be cancelled within 30 days from receipt of goods, and a refund of the 'subscription fee' will be given (the $3.95 or whatever for 'postage' is not refunded)

    From the time the call is placed for cancellation, a member of the refunds customer support team will make contact by email within 3 working days to confirm refund details;

    Once refund is agreed, they advised that within 30 days from this date, payment should credit the designated account - this may seem like an elongated period, however, I would presume they are simply giving conservative estimates, usual timescales are around 7 working days (this may also be relative to the volume of refunds they are expecting to process);

    I hope the information we have found is of assistance and would be interested to receive feedback on how any claims were handled, however, before I am again accused of being 'involved' I would like to reiterate I am indeed NOT, and should this information not be of use then please also advise in order that we can research and try and find alternative numbers / email addresses - but please do not take it personally against me as I have simply researched to try and find the best method of communication and have been advised this is it!

    Additionally, I can advise that the previous address and DH8 7PW are indeed simply 'registered addresses' provided by a corporate service provider (company administrator) - the actual business and beneficiary are not based there, and have no actual presence at that address.

    Thinking about it logically, do you honestly think the 'headquarters' of the above companies trading in whatever are really based out of semi detatched or even terraced houses in county durham??? Many of which not even worth anywhere near as much as the businesses that are supposedley running from there make in less than a week? ;)
