Hi competitionscafe, thank you for all the info you have posted. i am still trying to find out if they can still take moneys after i have cancelled my bank card, or should i close the account and open a new one.
cheers mart40 -
From what I have read, unfortunately I think they can still take money but I am not 100% sure of this. Perhaps someone else can clarify....?"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

This is absolute SCAM, Many companies take advantage of Term and Conditions they put in somewhere hidden or very small letters. Noone read that one that's true including me. But cheaters comes thru that way. There must be some law to control this cheeky monkies.0

i rang this number 08082389891 to cancel, but i dont have an order number that they have asked for, what should i do as this is worrying me now.
EDIT.
this morning i got though to them on this number 08082389891 and cancelled both easy white and clean whites. i was given 2 cancellation numbers and sent 2 cancellation emails from them. i was told i can keep the 14 day trial and i wont be billed or sent any more items.
do you think this is the end of it, or i will still have problems with them. i am still going to close my bank account today.
EDIT
i have rang them up again to comfurm that both had been cancelled and that no other moneys will be taken from me. and they said that as i cancelled within the 15days and within the terms and conditions i will not be billed or have any moneys taken from me. i also ask if they signed me up to any other offers other than the 2 i have now cancelled and they said no.
just hope now that its over and i wont have any more problems with them.
have also sent a letter to my bank with the cancellation numbers for both with the dates to show i cancelled within the 15days trial.

i am ashamed to say the scam has had me, but on a whole different level to what you seem to have been through.
Until last wednesday i was clueless to this being a scam i had my "free trial" and though that was it, went into my internet banking wednesay 27th and saw a transaction of £75.68 to "body pro" i was like you what?! Called my bank straight away and they explained the "teeth whitening scam" they explained hidden deep in the terms and conditons i had allowed these scoundrals to pass my card details(which then sets up a continuous authorisation to my account not card) so they can take money again and again when ever they fancy i was advised to write to visa disputes and dispute this they said i had loosely agreed to this by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the teeth whitening website (i still say i agreed/saw none)with this transaction its just a game of waiting to get the money back and visa to stop anything further going out.
i tried to pay a bill of £18.50 and the card declined i knew something was wrong so called the bank straight away (online banking showed nothing so i knew it must be pending) after a long conversation and me embarrasingly getting a bit teary it was a payment of £150 to Sands Pass LLC what ever the fook that is totally random like the body pro. This time i managed to get the card cancelled and my £150odd is being returned to me tomorrow.
There is no guarentee that these people will ever stop going in for money at this point so the only thing i can think to do is full overdraw and max this account and set up a new one elsewhere for my wages and direct debits i fear if i just close the account i cant claim back what i am owed from body pro.
I really feel for anyone caught out by this and would like to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience not just the teeth whitening companies taking money but also third parties.
